1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Conjuring.ai LLC ("ZERO", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using ZERO or our related websites and services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use ZERO.
If you use ZERO for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
2. The Service
ZERO is a productivity app for mail, calendars, tasks, reminders, attachments, and AI-assisted workflows. ZERO is available on supported platforms, including web, mobile web, and Mac desktop.
We may add, change, or remove features over time. We may also provide beta or testing features that are still being improved.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use ZERO. If you are between 13 and 17, you may use ZERO only with a parent or guardian's permission and supervision.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact security@conjuring.ai.
5. Third-Party Services
ZERO can connect to third-party services such as Google, Apple, Stripe, and AI providers. These services are not owned by ZERO, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
When you connect Google, ZERO may request permissions for Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive files created or selected through ZERO, and basic Google profile information. ZERO uses those permissions only to provide the connected features you choose to use.
6. Your Content
You own the content you put into ZERO, including tasks, messages, calendar details, notes, attachments, prompts, and other information ("Your Content").
You give ZERO the limited rights needed to operate the service and carry out the actions you request. For example, if you ask ZERO to send an email, ZERO may send that message through Gmail. If you ask ZERO to summarize an email, ZERO may send the selected content to the AI service used for that request.
You are responsible for Your Content and for making sure you have the rights to use and share it.
7. AI Features
ZERO includes AI features that can summarize, draft, classify, and suggest actions. AI output may be wrong, incomplete, or misleading. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it.
ZERO does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. Do not rely on AI output as a substitute for professional judgment.
8. Acceptable Use
Do not use ZERO to:
- Break the law or violate someone else's rights.
- Send spam, phishing, malware, or abusive content.
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm others.
- Probe, scan, or attack systems without authorization.
- Circumvent usage limits, security controls, or license restrictions.
- Use ZERO or connected services in a way that violates a third-party provider's terms.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create risk for ZERO, users, or third-party services.
9. Payments
Some ZERO features may require a paid plan. Prices, plan details, renewal terms, and refund windows are shown at purchase or in the billing flow. Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how Google user data is handled, and how to disconnect connected services.
11. Updates
ZERO may update automatically or prompt you to update. Updates may include new features, bug fixes, compatibility changes, and security improvements.
12. Intellectual Property
ZERO, the ZERO name, the Conjuring.ai name, product designs, software, logos, and related materials are owned by Conjuring.ai LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership of ZERO or our intellectual property.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ZERO for your personal or internal business purposes.
13. Feedback
If you send feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation. We will not publicly identify you as the source of feedback without your permission.
14. Termination
You may stop using ZERO at any time. You may request account deletion by emailing privacy@conjuring.ai.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or misuse connected services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
15. Disclaimers
ZERO is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conjuring.ai LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to ZERO or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for ZERO in the 12 months before the claim or $100.
17. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Conjuring.ai LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from Your Content, your use of ZERO, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the state where Conjuring.ai LLC is organized, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice through the app, website, or email. Continued use of ZERO after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
